By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Spatialsyncar. Your continued use of the Platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and all references to "you" shall apply to that organization.
2. Description of Services
Spatialsyncar operates an online educational platform specializing in cloud computing webinars and live broadcast events. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Live and recorded webinar sessions on cloud computing topics
- Interactive communication tools for real-time engagement with instructors and experts
- Access to educational materials, resources, and supplementary content
- User account management and registration facilities
- Scheduling, notification, and reminder services for upcoming events
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age, or have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent if younger where applicable law permits
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws
- Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. User Accounts

4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Create a strong, unique password for your account
- Not share your account credentials with any third party
- Notify us immediately at help@spatialsyncar.com upon discovering any unauthorized access or use of your account
- Log out of your account at the end of each session when using shared devices
We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, the Company, or third parties.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial educational purposes, unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with Spatialsyncar that expressly permits commercial use.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from Spatialsyncar
- Record, capture, or redistribute live or recorded webinar content without prior written authorization
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any other malicious code into the Platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or related systems
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its infrastructure
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users or Platform personnel
- Engage in any activity that places an unreasonable load on our servers or network infrastructure
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Platform Content
All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to webinar recordings, presentations, course materials, graphics, logos, text, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Spatialsyncar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its content solely for your personal educational purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any Platform content
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from Platform content
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use any content outside the context of the Platform without express written permission
6.3 User-Submitted Content
By submitting any content to the Platform — including questions, comments, feedback, or participation in interactive sessions — you grant Spatialsyncar a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
7. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully.
8. Payments and Refunds
8.1 Fees
Certain webinars, courses, or features on the Platform may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
8.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at help@spatialsyncar.com within 14 days of your purchase date. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the applicable criteria.
8.3 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing for any services at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed prior to the effective date of the change.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that are not owned or controlled by Spatialsyncar. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. 10. Disclaimers
10.1 No Warranty
The Platform and all content, materials, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spatialsyncar expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 Educational Content
All educational content provided on the Platform is intended for general informational and learning purposes only. Spatialsyncar does not guarantee that the information provided is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any specific professional or commercial application. Users are solely responsible for how they apply knowledge gained through the Platform.
10.3 Service Availability
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical difficulties that temporarily affect access to the Platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spatialsyncar, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
- Any content obtained from the Platform
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the greater of the total amount you paid to Spatialsyncar in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty (50) USD.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spatialsyncar and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of or access to the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
- Any content you submit to the Platform
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at help@spatialsyncar.com. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognized arbitration rules. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary to protect its interests.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spatialsyncar with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the subject matter hereof.
18. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Spatialsyncar.
